This is the handout from last week's Bible study. We discussed the rationale for apologetics, or the defense of the gospel. We discussed issues such as:
-The need to defend against false teaching
-The fact that false teaching shipwrecks faith
-The need to speak the truth intelligently in love with gentleness and respect
-The reality of both an intellectual and spiritual battle
-The authenticity, history and accuracy of the Bible
